Your questions before ordering

If yours is not here, write to contact@meshvise.com.

How does the trial work?

You describe your site in the contact form, choosing "Trial on your equipment". We send you a quote that sets the duration, the scope and the support. The trial then runs on your infrastructure, with your equipment.

What is the difference between the demo and the trial?

The demo is public and runs on a simulated site, nothing to install. The trial runs on your premises, on your real equipment.

Minimum hardware?

Two cores, four gigabytes of memory, twenty gigabytes of disk for five hundred points and thirty days of history. A shop-floor mini-PC or an existing server is enough.

What does support look like?

By email, reply within two business days, from the person who wrote the code.

Are updates included?

Yes, every one released during the subscription, fixes and major versions alike. No separate maintenance contract, no upgrade fee. Only help with a migration is billed, as time spent.

What if you close tomorrow?

Your data stays on your server, in a standard database, readable without Meshvise. Any integrator can take over operations.

Who is Meshvise not for?

Very large multi-country groups with twelve-month buying cycles, projects under fifty points, and anything that falls under functional safety.
